Conservation Gala Raises more than $120,000.00 for local Environmental Initiatives!
Credit Valley Conservation Foundation (CVCF), in partnership with the Conservation Halton Foundation, hosted its Fifth Annual Conservation Gala on Wednesday May 5th, 2010, raising more than $120,000.00 for projects that enhance and protect the natural environment for present and future generations. Attended by environmentalists, businessmen, community members, politicians and guests this event was a huge success. The dinner and auction event was held at Rattlesnake Point Golf and Country Club.
Jim Muscat, CVC Foundation Board Vice Chair emceed the event. Professional auctioneer, Dan Clark "The Auction Guy", conducted the live auction and musical entertainment for the evening was provided by the SP Jazz Trio.
